you would be having a bad day HOWEVER if you were waiting for the house to be demolished then you would be jumping for joy like we are!!!!!!

The DO Residence
After getting ridiculous quotes to add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, we will have decided to demolish and rebuild on our existing block. This is due to an unexpected surprise which we are expecting in September. So 4 kids under 5 in a 3 bedroom house just does not keep the peace. We are building NOR in Perth.
