Another milestone today - we have a builders sign! Such a small thing but such a big step towards getting the house built. Looks like they also re-surveyed the block as there is additional pink ribbon in the corners.
The DO Residence
After getting ridiculous quotes to add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, we will have decided to demolish and rebuild on our existing block. This is due to an unexpected surprise which we are expecting in September. So 4 kids under 5 in a 3 bedroom house just does not keep the peace. We are building NOR in Perth.
