I guess the builder could not wait for Western Power anymore. They came and installed the power and telephone cables today. For three phase power, the cable is a five core cable - wonder what the 5th core is for?? Shame that there is no dome to connect the power to. All the hard work of the site clean last week and they dig another trench. Now I understand where all the left over sand comes from!
This photo is for our friends who thought that they were hard done by that one of their doors was short and they thought the builder did a dodgy and installed an extension piece to the door frame to make up for it. However it is standard for a 620 wide door.
