Well the plumber was back again today. He has finished the relocation of the powder room water and drain connections. In doing so he has punched through to the other room (bed 5). So more render and float set repair needed.
He has also relocated the cold water point for the fridge from the cupboard next to the rangehood to the cupboard next to the cooktop. This is per the addenda and plans however this means more repair to the render and float set. This should not be too bad as it will be covered by the glass splashback.
Also noticed in the WIR for bed 2 that the render and float set needs to be repaired. This would have been damaged when he repaired the copper pipes for the hot water system.
Looks like the tiler has also been today. He has done some prep work in the powder and laundry. He has drawn the line where the tiles go to and removed the float below that. Also the floor has been swept nicely to allow for the screed.
